Boyteks, being one of 41 companies under the body of Boydak Holding carries on its activities as the biggest firm exporting goods to abroad in the sector of mattress fabric and upholstery. Deco Halı which was established in 2011 affiliated to Boyteks under the body of Boydak Holding pursues exportation oriented sales strategy as in other two product ranges. In 2013, Boyteks exported to 90 countries in total its mattress fabrics, upholsteries and carpets within its product range. According to the data of Turkish Exporters’ Association, Boyteks has become the 109th Biggest Exporter of Turkey as the consequence of the exportations made. İhsan Onder Honi, Assistant General Manager of Boyteks stated that they have made way rapidly in the carpet production with the synergy created by making use of the knowledge and experience they have in terms of patterns, designs, productions learnt from the textile sector in the carpet sector and said that they bring together the parts to complete each other perfectly at all stages from the raw materials used in production to the designs. Boyteks consists of 3 firms. These are mattress fabric plant, upholstery and Deco Halı. These 3 firms sustain its operations under the umbrella of Boyteks. At the same time, Boydak Holding containing also Boyteks within itself has 41 different companies. I am holding the office as the Assistant General Manager of these 3 firms. Deco Halı, domestically, manufactures carpets for Istikbal, Bellona and Mondi, which are among the most famous furniture brands of Turkey. As these three brands have the largest retail network in the furniture sector of Turkey, taking place at the sales points of these brands provides a great advantage for Deco Halı. In the foreign markets, we make sales directly with the brand of Deco Halı. Despite having only two years of history, this firm was established under great ideals and increased its capacity to 100% in the first year and 50% in the second year.
