EVTEKS – Istanbul International Home Textile Fair, one of the world’s two largest fairs in its field, will take place at CNR EXPO Istanbul Expo Center between 20-24 September 2021. Running every year for 26 years the fair will be held in collaboration of Istanbul Trade Fairs, a CNR Holding establishment and Turkey Home Textile Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association (TETSİAD).

EVTEKS Fair, which contributes greatly to the exports of the home textile industry, also initiates the branding of the sector. At the fair, which will be held in the 160,000 square meter fair area, everything from tulle to curtain systems, bathroom products, sleep and bedroom textiles, upholstery, kitchen and dining room textiles will be exhibited.

All of the national and international exhibitions, planned to be organized in Turkey between March 16-August 31, 2020 and considering the measures for the Covid-19 pandemic, had been postponed by the Ministry of Trade in accordance with the decision of the Scientific Board of the Ministry of Health, to be organized after the period September 1, 2020. Under this decision, EVTEKS – 26th Istanbul International Home Textiles Exhibition, which had been rescheduled to take place between August 25-28, 2020, was postponed to September 20-24, 2021 upon the joint decision of Istanbul Trade Fairs and TETSİAD – Association of Turkish Home Textile Industrialists and Businessmen. It is believed that it will come closer to its target, being the most important exhibition of the global home textile industry and add power to the manufacturers and exporters of Turkey in the global competition.

Over 1,000 leading manufacturing and export-import companies will present their latest collections in home textiles, contract textiles, design, floor and wall coverings on an area of 160,000sqm.

Interior designers, design and lifestyle stores, furniture showrooms, distributors, importers, wholesalers, department stores, chain stores, contractors and hotels from Europe, Middle East, Russia and CIS countries, Gulf countries and North Africa will visit the fair.
