Can you tell us about your products and their features?

Carpets are woven on high-tech Belgian, German and Swiss equipment using only high-quality and environmentally friendly raw materials, which ensures a high level of product quality. The factory produces pile carpets, runners, machine-made carpets. Almost all models of the collections have a natural basis of jute and cotton. According to the manufacturing method, they are divided into woven and tufted. The pile in woven carpets is formed by weaving plain and multi-colored yarn and tying knots on a solid basis, the ends of which are then trimmed. Now woven carpets are made on special machines. Synthetic or mixed threads are used as yarn. The workshops of the factory produce carpets from acrylic, viscose, polyester and polypropylene.

What about your production facilities and production power?

As mentioned above, all processes, from the production of yarn to the packaging of the final carpet product, are carried out at the enterprise itself. This speaks to the strong production capacity of our company. Machines in our factory have different fabric densities. Carpets are woven on 16, 32, 40, 48, 70, 100, 120 reed looms. The higher the reed value, the denser the carpet. Now we produce over 12 million square meters per year.

Do you have new investments or are you planning in the near future?
