Expanding its distribution network, Konfor carpet company opened its second showroom in Istanbul, after Gaziantep.
The double floor showroom of Konfor carpet opened in Ikitelli Masko, will serve to customers in Marmara region and in European markets. “It become a must for us to open an office-showroom in Istanbul for meeting increasing demand from abroad.” says Fatih Ozdurdu, general manager of the company. He added, “Commercial relations with European customers will be coordinated in thes office. It will also serve as showroom for our customers who come from both domestic and foreign markets. Customers may inspect and give orders for all our products in this location.”
Founded 50 years ago, Konfor carpet started its production operations by producing medical fabrics. It started to produce carpets on modern looms in 1980’s. First exports were made to Germany in 1987, that was followed by other markets including France, Italy, Belgium, Macedonia, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and others.
