The collections of Royal, Pierre Cardin and Atlas Halı brands, which are the pioneers of the sector, are in high demand from domestic and abroad. Royal Halı continues its production at full capacity in order to meet this demand in the best way. Finally, the brand, which started a new project under the name of Royal Halı with a completely domestic and national product perspective, developed this project jointly with BOSSA, one of the leading companies in its sector. The Royal Denim collection, produced with 100% domestic and non-GMO cotton yarn, is a first in the industry.
Tansel Tula, General Manager of Royal Halı A.Ş, making a statement about the Royal Denim collection, produced locally and nationally, said: “When we look at the carpet industry, we see that 85% to 100% of imported raw materials are used in machine-made carpets. With the pandemic, it has been understood that our country’s ability to produce industrial products with domestic and national inputs is extremely vital both in terms of economy and supply risks. With this point of view, we started a brand new and extraordinary project jointly with BOSSA. By using 100% domestic and non-GMO-free cotton yarn provided by BOSSA, exclusive to this project, we made a local and national Royal Denim collection with a rebellious spirit. The Royal Denim collection, taking its design concept from the rebellious jean spirit and inspired by the textures of jeans in its patterns offers naturalness and elegance together. Royal Denim collection, which will change the atmosphere of the spaces with its unique style, can be used easily in homes and offices. Denim patterns, which can be combined perfectly with leather furniture and metal accessories, are also very assertive in complementing the decoration in interior architecture areas. In addition to the style and modern appearance, denim carpets provide the opportunity to add vintage air to the spaces over time with regional bleaching such as effective aging depending on the traffic of use.”
Safe production certificate
Tula, underlining that they recently received the Covid-19 “Safe Production Certificate” from the Turkish Standards Institute, said: “We had prepared for these days in April – May, when we slowed down due to the pandemic effect, and completed our raw material supplies. Now, in order to meet the intense demand we face, we are operating our facilities at full capacity, with the primary consideration of the health of our employees. We started our innovations about 6 months ago for the new season and we have come a long way. We believe that we will definitely meet the expectations from Royal Halı with the innovations we will make in this period.”
High demand from abroad
Tansel Tula, giving detailed information about the foreign market, said; “As Royal Halı, we play an active role in the international market as well as in the domestic market; we export to approximately 28 countries. We are currently receiving a lot of orders from abroad, so we take all our precautions and operate the factory at full capacity. Currently, the production and shipments of our export-oriented collections continue on a full-time basis.”
