The company, which manufactures under the brands Royal, Atlas, Pierre Cardin and Studio Halı, has passed the full-time production by obtaining a safe production certificate from Turkish Standards Institution after the pandemic.
Royal Halı, Inc., which launched its new collections for its dealers in Antalya in March, had switched to a part-time and home office working system as of May 1 within the scope of the Covid -19 measures it took with the principle of “Health of our employees is our priority” during the pandemic process. With the shift to the normalization process in Turkey as of 1st of June Royal Carpet, Inc., taking all precautions to Covidien-19 moved to full-time work system.
Making a statement on the subject, Royal Halı Inc. General Manager Tansel Tula said “Happily we have reached the days in which health problems experienced in our country due to the pandemic and the effects of our daily life decreased. After the process, we continue to apply our pandemic measures meticulously for the health of our employees and to regularly improve these measures. In this context, we have received a “Safe Production Certificate”, which registered our Covid-19 measures from the Turkish Standards Institute.”
Production of new collections accelerated
Stating that they continue to work in full-time carpet production on June 15, in accordance with the normalization process, Tula said that they continued to produce new collections without slowing down. In the new season, Royal Halı has 3 different collections with the names Picasso, Pera, Nero, Atlas Carpet has 4 different collections with the names Frida, Mood, Moderne, Tera and Pierre Cardin Carpet has 2 different collections with the names Orient and Gaudi. Offering tailor made carpets, Studio brand includes the Forme collection with its amorphous cuts and its original and unusual design collection consisting of 100 different patterns.
Exports returned to normal
Providing detailed information about the overseas market, Tansel Tula said “As Royal Halı, Inc. we play an active role in the international market as well as at home, and we export to approximately 26 countries. Although our shipments slowed down during the pandemic period, it never came to a halt. Currently, our exports are completely back to normal, production and shipments of our export oriented collections continue full-time. For this reason, we have already started the preparations for the 2021 Domotex Hannover Carpet Fair, which will be held in Germany. We will take a strong part in the fair with different collections and nearly 500 different patterns.”
